"High Cholesterol Symptoms" by Tarun Patel

So why is your cholesterol level so high? What is there to look for? I mean, you look fine. You're not gaining weight or anything like that right?

This is one of the big problems with high cholesterol levels: there isn't usually anything visible that tells you there is a problem.

There is really no symptom to pin point high cholesterol but it can very well be there. Look for symptoms like heavy breathing or lack of breath. That is one sign. There is another sure sign that you have high cholesterol and that is determined by a blood test that you undergo at the doctor's office.

There are more ways that you can definitely see whether or not that you have high cholesterol just by knowing what you consume on a daily basis. If you are feeding your family a lot of fat ladened foods then you are definitely risking high cholesterol and that is something that you need to be aware of.

Gaining weight is another sure sign of the possibility of high cholesterol. On its own, weight gain is only an indicator, so it doesn't definitely mean you have higher cholesterol. It may or may not.

However you need to know so that you are made aware of the risks that are involved.

There are ways to determine and to know for sure whether or not your blood is full of cholesterol or not. Simply avoiding foods that are full of grease is one way to know for sure. There aren't many symptoms that will determine whether or not you have high cholesterol or not. Try as much as possible to avoid a lot of fast foods in your diet.
